Processing a Zip transaction is super easy. Here is how you do it!
Select your employee, then either find your client, or create a new client

Complete a brief description, add the amount and click 'PROCESS'

Ask your client to create a barcode from their ZIP app (see below). Enter the barcode number into the field provided, and click ‘PAY WITH ZIP’

A successful message will now appear! If there is anything other than a successful message, please ask your client to contact ZIP customer service on 02 8294 2345 (option 1).

Customer Instore Code
- Client opens their Zip App
- Click the ‘Pay’ tab at the bottom and choose ‘Instore’
- Select which account to use and click ‘Generate Barcode’
The 6-digit barcode is valid for 5 minutes.
- The customer will receive a pop-up on their app to review and confirm the payment. Once they click ‘Confirm Order’, the Salon Pay screen will refresh and show the payment has been successful.
