Membership cards, do I provide those? Do I need to have them?

I have heard of some membership programs having cards for clients, should I have these?

No you do not need to provide membership cards for your clients with memberships. With today’s
environmental focus, we believe it is far more beneficial to reward clients through amazing Salon Pay

I have in place a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy, in the contract it says 24 hours, am I able to change that?
If my client wanted to suspend their membership for 4 weeks, will that 4 weeks be added onto their contract?
