Membership cards, do I provide those? Do I need to have them?

I have heard of some membership programs having cards for clients, should I have these?

No, you do not have to provide membership cards for your clients on memberships.
We think that with environmental changes it is more beneficial to offer clients amazing discounts with Salon Pay rewards rather than adding another card to their wallet... we find clients prefer to choose Salon Pay Membership benefits and VIP privileges.

I have in place a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy, in the contract it says 24 hours, am I able to change that?
If my client wanted to suspend their membership for 4 weeks, will that 4 weeks be added onto their contract?
