How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards are now available for your clients to buy on the Prezzee website!
Gift cards can be redeemed by clients on your online shop via your landing page. They can also redeem gift cards in-store via your Salon Pay portal.- Click 'Pay Today' or 'buy now pay later' if the total is higher than the gift card and the client wishes to pay remaining funds via buy now pay later.
- Then add all the required details including the description of the purchase or service.
- Then apply the gift card by entering the gift card number
(this will be a series of numbers and letters) - The remaining value will need to be paid via card or buy now pay later
*Please note the full amount of the gift card does need to be redeemed in one transaction*
