Why isn’t the Afterpay transaction processing?

Rarely a clients afterpay transaction doesn't process

This could be for many reasons.
  • The client may not have the first instalment available in their account
  • Clients also need enough funds/balance available within their afterpay app.
  • Ensure the card attached to the clients Afterpay app hasn’t expired/ been cancelled.
  • Lastly the clients afterpay app may need to be updated; if they are not running the latest version this may cause an error. 

Please Note - If you get the ‘credentials are required’ error please contact our support team as this means we will need to contact Afterpay to get this repaired asap.
