Why isn’t the Afterpay transaction processing?
Rarely a clients afterpay transaction doesn't process
This could be for many reasons.
- The client may not have the first instalment available in their account
- Clients also need enough funds/balance available within their afterpay app.
- Ensure the card attached to the clients Afterpay app hasn’t expired/ been cancelled.
- Lastly the clients afterpay app may need to be updated; if they are not running the latest version this may cause an error.
