Why isn't the Zip transaction processing for my client?
Client failed transactions are rare...
This could be for a few reasons shown below;
- The client has to accept the order in their app once you have clicked process.
- The client may not have the first instalment available in their account
- Clients also need enough funds/balance available within their Zip account
- Ensure the card attached to the clients Zip account is valid ie. not expired
- Lastly the clients Zip app may not be updated.
