Why isn't the Zip transaction processing for my client?

Client failed transactions are rare...

This could be for a few reasons shown below;
  • The client has to accept the order in their app once you have clicked process. 
  • The client may not have the first instalment available in their account
  • Clients also need enough funds/balance available within their Zip account
  • Ensure the card attached to the clients Zip account is valid ie. not expired
  • Lastly the clients Zip app may not be updated.
