What happens if a client pays a payment in salon?
Sometimes your client wishes to pay cash or make a payment in the salon, and you want to ensure they are not over charged by a recurring payment.
All changes to an existing order are done via the orders screen.
- Login to your Salon Pay Portal
- Click 'Orders' on the top of the page or on the dashboard
- Find your client's order
- Next to each future payment, there will be an 'Edit' button.
- Here, you can click to have the payment 'PAID IN SALON'
- Then click 'SAVE'
- This can also be used to alter the date the payment is due and/or the amount of the instalment.
- Ensure you always 'SAVE' after completion
