What happens if a client pays a payment in salon?

Sometimes your client wishes to pay cash or make a payment in the salon, and you want to ensure they are not over charged by a recurring payment.

  • Login to your Salon Pay Portal
  • Click 'Orders' on the top of the page or on the dashboard
  • Find your client's order
  • Next to each future payment, there will be an 'Edit' button.
  • Here, you can click to have the payment 'PAID IN SALON' 
  • Then click 'SAVE'
  • This can also be used to alter the date the payment is due and/or the amount of the instalment.
  • Ensure you always 'SAVE' after completion
