How do I alter a client's instalment amount or change the payment day's?
You have flexibility in your upcoming client payments and can manage this yourself in the Salon Pay Portal
All changes to an existing order are done via the orders screen.
- Login to your Salon Pay Portal
- Click 'Orders' on the top of the page or on the dashboard
- Find your client's order
- Next to each future payment, there will be an 'Edit' button.
- Here, you can alter the date the payment is due and/or the amount of the instalment.
However if your payment is already in the pipeline to be processed (within 6 hours) then it will not be able to be edited.
