What happens if my client doesn't have money in their account when you take the payment?
It happens a payment bounces - your client's sometimes miss calculate or they forget about certain payments coming out of their account.
Our card payments are automated to occur in the early hours of the due date.
If your client does not have enough funds available they will be charged a $2.90 default fee.
The payment that was missed will go through an automatic re-bill process where it will attempt to re-bill 3 times in the next week.
You can also click the 'Rebill' button at anytime - however if funds are not available the client may be charged a $2.90 default fee.
