Do I have to use your contracts for Packages or memberships?

Salon Pay provides contracts that can be used to give strength to your memberships and bridal party bookings.

Salon Pay is a self service portal - we provide optional contracts. These are located in the Salon Pay Portal, however, if you prefer not to use contracts or use your own contracts this is also fine.

Go to your Dashboard
Choose 'FILES'
Click on 'Client Contracts'
Here you find all the contracts for Packages and Memberships

I have in place a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule policy, in the contract it says 24 hours, am I able to change that?
If my client wanted to suspend their membership for 4 weeks, will that 4 weeks be added onto their contract?
Fair play policy, do I pre-write in that section what I believe is fair to my salon?
In the contract for packages or memberships.... When do I fill this out?
Membership cards, do I provide those? Do I need to have them?
