If my client wanted to suspend their membership for 4 weeks, will that 4 weeks be added onto their contract?
You can give clients a suspension of their membership; this is handy if they are going away or are unable to come to your salon.
There are a few options when it comes to suspending a Package or membership. Salon Pay is a self service portal so you have control over your payments. We are here to support you and offer best practice guidelines.- You can either suspend completely for 4 weeks, by changing the amounts to zero dollars over those 4 weeks;
- Or you can add this onto the end of the clients membership - this is done by changing the dates to the following 4 weeks at the end of the membership.
Either way is OK, it is just whatever works best for your business.
